This most recent heatwave in the Canary Islands has been brutal, so some ice cream was in order! This chocolate version with chocolate chunks is super creamy with lots of chunks distributed throughout. It is based on rice milk, and the taste is very chocolatey almost leaning on the dark side. It definately did the trick, providing a refreshing break from the heat!
