Beef bourguignon and Seitan rôti were delicious and POTATO GRATIN was absolutely amazing! 🔥
The apricot crème brûlée is EXTRAORDINARY: so light, fluffy, classic with a twist!
Huuuge portions and nice home-like/chalet setting!
