Richly #spicy and #tomato heavy #nduja paste. It's not quite a pasta sauce but I decided to use it that way 😅 I need to add my own fake mince, diced aubergine, and basil in order to give this more texture and bite, but it offered this greasy moisture and fiery colour to the whole plate, so I was happy 🙂
I'm having lots of stuff from Plant Kitchen lately; my food's air miles are almost as bad as mine 😬 And there's more to come
