Pfefferbusch Burger au HANS IM GLÜCK Burgergrill & Bar — Avis de pattini (7 août 2023)

This is the burger I got with my menu. All hamburgers are 15.95 and as you can see from the menu there is a big choice for vegan burgers alone. You can also customize the bun, I got the brioche one since they confirmed that it was vegan.
The burger was probably mushroom based, in the menu is just described as “savory umami patty” and it was topped with caramelized onions, arugula and pepper mayo. It was super tasty! As I got the menu it also came with regular fries as a side.
I was highly satisfied with my pick, I will probably go back to another one of their restaurants (they are a chain) so I can try other burgers as well.
