this pho is magical!! ✨ such a delicious, flavoursome broth with rice noodles (hiding at the bottom), bean sprouts, herbs etc & a wonderful variety of 'meat'. The nil-beef is so realistic and tasty, and there's some absolutely delicious pan marinated tofu in there too, as well as gio chay (steamed nil-pork roll) 🩷 i was ill this week and was too sick to make food, so ordered from this place a few times and the food (especially the pho!!) has been so comforting to eat. defo one of my favourite takeaways!! ⭐
