A recommendation from my sister. I had already pretty much sworn off the idea of vegan cheese tasting good. But here's one last try. Although this vegan feta is also mostly coconut fat like many others, the consistency is better. It's not greasy creamy but dry and crumbly, as you would expect from feta. Therefore a positive experience. Fits well in salads. top.
