Makes transition to vegan so easy, especially on week nights or even a quick lunch! Convenient preparation via Air Fryer (use a baking dish for collecting the juices which will be absorbed back into the kebab if left sitting in it) or seared in a non-stick pan with olive oil for a char. Burns easy, medium to medium low depending on your burner. Great flavour! Spicy level 1/5 for people who don’t do spice, but 1/10 for others. I find the flavour better than Arlene’s classic kebab.
Made a yoghurt cucumber mint sauce and it was just like a juicy, meaty kebab!
