Way back before I was vegan I didn’t have jerky much because the monosodium glutamate triggered migraines. This stuff has neither monosodium glutamate nor cruelty. So as a plant-based jerky, it’s the first one I’ve been able to fully enjoy. Makes a nice snack, next time I’ll try not to eat the whole bag in one sitting. It’s easier to chew than meat jerky and has a rough and rustic texture. The flavor was smoky & peppery.
