Review of Macnocheese at Homegrown Smoker by knorthway

This was my first time ordering a bowl of Macnocheese at Homegrown Smoker, typically I opt for their Macnocheeto burrito or one of the combo plates, but since my friend and I decided to share their BBQ Soycurl Salad, we thought a side of warm mac would be nice.
Homegrown Smokers Macnocheese is creamy and tasty, but I think it’s better when stuffed inside their burgers and burritos. By itself, it’s not the best vegan mac I’ve ever had, but it is satisfying. I think there needs to be more tang added to it via miso or some other ingredient. It’s lacking that ooey gooey melted cheesiness I long for in a mac.
