This is one of the tastiest breakfasts ever! Freshly made buckwheat pancake with your choice of fillings - I went for scrambled tofu, fresh avo, and roasted cherry tomatoes. Served with a pesto and cashew cream sauce. Such a vegan friendly place with an amazing menu!
