So thankful that Costco sells this quality baking essential at such a fair price! #almond flour is a great choice for #glutenfree recipes. Though I don’t consider this one truly superfine — there are definitely visible granules — it has worked well enough in the cookies and tart bases that I’ve baked. As a bonus, it tastes lovely and also fills your kitchen with the warm, nutty aroma of roasting almonds!

I used this #flour to make thumbprint cookies for a Sunday afternoon picnic with friends! #veganbaking It was very easy, and I’m happy to report that they were a hit, since they all but disappeared. An observation about what you can expect with this flour: my cookies started out crumbly straight out of the oven; with a few hours of cooling, they acquired a bit of a crunchy snap, and after a day or so, they became rather chewy. It wasn’t an issue for me since I enjoy all of those textures, but it may be something to consider if you’re planning to store or prepare ahead of time.

I recommend keeping this almond flour on hand if you like to bake: it’s a great value (each bag lasts a long time) and can be counted on to bring a little something special to your creations.
