Suuuuch a big portion, you’re gonna be stuffed! Absolutely beautiful creamy broth, a spicy kick, plentiful noodles and gorgeous crispy dumplings - I highly recommend this! The only thing is the vegan meat, I think they have recently changed it to a duck like product but unfortunately I’m not a fan of duck/hoisin flavours at all so I think it would be better with something plainer like tofu or vegan chicken.
