I've been holding back on making this as I really expected to be disappointed.
I was so wrong.
I air fried them with a sprinkle of salt, garlic powder & paprika with a spritz of olive oil.
I think they'd be better fried so you get better colour on the crumb.
These only went brown on the spots I spritzed but oh wow, I enjoyed it.
Loved the texture of the mushrooms.
