‘Halloumi’ au Alchemy Uluwatu — Avis de Randall Ⓥ (23 juin 2023)

This was a side dish; made from pine nuts if I recall correctly. It had a nice crisp casing, and gooey insides… though still not capturing that desirable squeak and firmer sqishy vibe that the animal-based equivalent tends to have. A nice little extra.
