Not sure what I was expecting (maybe I saw Bowl and didn't really concentrate further 😆) but this was a lovely little surprise when our meal arrived and I saw what I'd ordered. Lucky me!
Broccoli, mange tout, roasted aubergine and sweetcorn on long noodles in this rich lime and lemongrass coconut sauce.
Really delicious and filling and beautifully balanced flavours.
I highly recommend this dish, especially on a chilly winter's day..
