I still really like miyoko’s cheese. I think it’s the sweetness or the tartness or even that little bit of kick to it that I really really like and this is no exception it’s probably one of my favorite products from miyoko’s.  I use it as a spread but I also just kind of nibble off a little piece or take a little bit off of the wheel and just eat it as a snack but overall, it’s just really tasty.
