Bibimbap au Sunnychoice Vegan Cafe and Healthy Option Store — Avis de rumblingradishes (16 juin 2023)

A very #healthy and nutritious dish, although perhaps not my favourite rendition of bibimbap. The dish came with spinach, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, #mockduck, mushrooms, and a tofu #nugget on top. There was also a mildly spicy sauce not pictured here, which I presume includes #gochujang but in a dilute form. The vegetables seemed fresh and crisp in general, but I guess the mix of vegetables overall just wasn't my favourite combination in terms of mouth feel or taste. Nevertheless, I really appreciate that this store uses #organic stuff, although this probably also contributes to the relatively steep price tag. My favourite parts of this were probably the mock duck for the texture and flavour, and the firm tofu nugget because it was unique and creatively resembled an egg yolk.
