When I took the first bite, the first word which came to my mind was Wow. This dish was just delicious.
These Tacos contain Black Beans, Sweet Potato, Iceberg Lettuce, Smoky Chipotle Sauce, Hass Avocado Guacamole, Pumpkin seeds, Pickled Vegetables and Cilantro.
I loved the combination of black beans with these sauces and the crunch of pumpkin seeds.
A great dish!
