This is a great product, when you want to eat pasta but you don’t want to be loaded with Carbs (yes it has a little sugar). I have been addicted to pasta but recently I am trying to eat less, it might not have the same texture but you can roll it just like normal spaghetti (which is 50% of the fun). Also this has tons of protein making it perfect for people working out. Price is fair too. Obviously vegan 👌🏻.
