The vegan version of the popular Rajasthani meat dish Laal Maas is so close to the real thing! It’s a bit spicy and tastes exactly like the famed Laal Maas and it’s made of jackfruit so it’s healthy too!
It’s served with a dollop of yummy vegan curd and pickled onions!!
It goes best with Indian bread like garlic bread or rice.
Recommended for people who like a bit of spice in their food.
