Never been a big fan of baked beans but been craving it lately - a quick nutritious meal can be made in a flash with them especially during load shedding - nothing better than a jaffle (inherited my gran’s jaffle iron) with a baked bean filling - added some smokey soya bits and voila! nice filling hot meal whilst waiting for load shedding to pass 😬
