Vegan Rican Sandwich au Dos Abuelas — Avis de Izzy (30 mai 2023)

This Puerto Rican style sandwich was really good and flavorful. It came with freshly baked bread with tempeh, blackened tofu, cheese, bell pepper, veganaise garlic aioli, and romaine with red pickled onions. The tofu was very thickly sliced and didn't have a ton of spices on it (and I'm big on spices) so it was a little bland to me. Everything else was super flavorful and yummy, especially the seitan and aoili. It came with a side of sweet fried plantain which was absolutely delicious. Overall great sandwich. #veganpuertorico #sandwich
