Loved the presentation and everything, but really gutted that they couldn't give me the liquid explosion that I most associate with #xiaolongbao 😓 This one just has a thick #yam filling which gets a little dry to chew through. Was doing #yumcha with a large mixed group of omnivores and sensible people, so this was as good as it got 😐

Wow, Din Tai Fung, what a classic! Last time I went it was even before becoming vegan, glad to see they have options :)
