This stuff is great. It is specially made for replacing egg in baked goods such as pancakes and cake. I made two pancakes, one with the vegan egg and one without the vegan egg. I used exactly the same amount of the other ingredients. The pancake with the vegan egg came out way fluffier. I didn't take a picture of the pancake without the vegan egg as flipping it went wrong. #veganegg #pancakes
