Loved the crunchy fried grated potato rosti, nicely herbed and garnished with a dollop of smoked cashew sour cream. Definitely a level up from the more standard carbs (hashbrown and/or bread) found in vegan big breakfasts! The platter also came with buttered spinach, tomato with basil pesto, and hoisin BBQ pulled king oyster mushrooms. Personally wasn't such a fan of the mushroom marination (I've never quite liked hoisin and BBQ sauces, would prefer something else like black pepper) but my partner enjoyed the mushrooms. Added-on a tofu scramble too (+$2) which was quite mashed / runny in texture; think I would have preferred to have some firmer chunks of tofu in the mix! Overall would still recommend this dish because the rosti was amazing haha. I visited during the soft launch and the staff actively approached customers for feedback, so the sides will probably be further improved!
