Dirty Burger au Stem & Glory — Avis de Madeleine (19 mai 2023)

Side salad of cucumber spirals, frilly lettuce, baby spinach with a balsamic dressing. Fresh and invigorating before the rich burger.
Fries are more like oily baked slices of potato. They aren’t deep fried and they aren’t crispy. Don’t get me wrong, they were beautifully seasoned and delicious, but they definitely aren’t fries if that is what you’re expecting. Plus one point for providing plenty of tomato sauce on the side.

Lettuce, fresh tomato, pickles, carrot, shriracha mayo, and “beef” patty on a brioche bun. My god, what a tasty burger this is! It is literally dripping in rich, buttery flavour. I wish all vegan burgers were like this. What a triumph! And it came out promptly too.
