Falafel au Tuma — Avis de Mary (13 mai 2023)

The sauce!!! O… M.. G….!! It’s a tahini based sauce that makes the falafel even more delicious than it already is.

At the suggestion of our gracious and non-vegan friend Marisol, we ordered everything vegan to share for the table instead of individual plates and we loved it so much we ate at the other location of Tuma also in Segovia the next night and then a third night at the original restaurant. We all loved it so much.
