Yuca au Rukula vegan food — Avis de benzole (3 mai 2023)

I really like fried yam/yuca/cassava/Mogo and this is probably the best I've ever had. Sometimes it can end up a bit chewy, but this was absolutely perfect - melt in the mouth soft on the inside, crispy on the outside - homemade guacamole dip and sprinkled with a lemon chilli salt. Mmmmmm.
