The Healthy Rabbit, in spite of the name, is not 100% vegan 🤪. They do have several vegan options and all their desserts are vegan. They use a homemade coconut milk for all their coffee products and you have to pay an upgrade for dairy milk hahaha. A nice change of pace for us vegans and hopefully a deterrent for the omnivores/vegetarians.
This bowl was full of #avocado, carrots, #beets, chickpea hummus, red onion, #alfalfasprouts, baked in house #falafel, #tumeric rice, greens and creamy #tahini dressing. Soooooo good!
