This dish consisted of Vegan eggs with mixed vegetables,(mushrooms and spinach)plant-based sausage, home fries, and multigrain toast. All ingredients are organic or farm fresh. The sausage was definitely the star of this plate as it was extremely good. Everything else was good and filling
