Although I'm not the best at telling the difference between the various vegan cheeses on the market, I could definitely tell that this cheese will not melt to a smooth consistency and stays lumpy. I had tried to use it as a cheese sauce, not as a pizza topping and that's how I knew it comes out lumpy. So it probably is more suited to be a pizza topping.
