Before I went here, I saw this dish and I used it as my inspiration to make my lunches for the week lol! I basically copied their #recipe

I will confirm, it was absolutely #delicious!

It is described as "Sweet and spicy, and everything nice. On a bed of fresh spinach and brown rice. We add our house made kimchi, tofu scramble, blanched kale, pineapple salsa, broccoli, and toss it in our ginger scallion sauce. Topped with sprouts and sesame seeds. Perfect, start to finish."
