BBQ Brisket and Mac & Cheese au The Modern Vegan — Avis de Tessa (18 avr. 2023)

I was looking forward to trying this original spin on #veganmacncheese . It is topped with #coleslaw and BBQ vegan steak brisket . I never tried anything like it....it was actually really good to share with the table. All the flavours and textures went well together.

I was cringing at the price at $27 after being in Thailand, this is soooo expensive. But it is really a huge portion!
I felt a bit sick after this meal, because I am usually much healthier than this 😂 #foodcoma

Do try it if in Vegas and craving some #vegancomfortfood !
