Torta ahogada au Café Vegetal — Avis de zullybee (15 avr. 2023)

Amazing vegan version of the Jalisco classic dish: torta ahogada. It’s a baguette filled with soy meat bathed in a spicy tomato sauce, topped with pickled onions, oregano and avocado.

Never thought I could like “soggy bread” but this taste was surprisingly good. 👌
