T.L.T. with Avocado and Pasta Salad au Wildflower Cafe & Bakery — Avis de forestnymph (14 avr. 2023)

The T.L.T. at Wildflower Cafe is a deliciously marinated tempeh vegan bacon, juicy tomato, romaine lettuce, and veganaise sandwich which has optional avocado (which I added!) which comes on lightly toasted bread along with a side dish. The side of the day is a vegan pasta salad which was very tasty 😋 ...I also dipped my sando in Wildflower's famous vegan nacho cheese sauce which I could eat with most of the sandwiches here. It's only a dollar extra for a small side of the sauce.

Wildflower Cafe is a sustainably local vegetarian restaurant in Humboldt County, California. About 75 percent of the menu is vegan and approximately 95 percent of items can be veganized upon request! It's a lovely casual place to enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch.
