The tempeh that came with it wasn't tge best, the oyster mushrooms and the homemade noodles plus the nori sheets were the best thing about this meal. I also liked the green onions on top, the pickeled ginger not that much.

I've heard from previous reviews about this dish that it's made with some homemade ham, but they replaced with tempeh which wasn't the best idea imo.

The broth wasn't that existing. I'll give it a 6.5 outa 10.
