Crab Cakes au Gia Restaurant — Avis de Le Raton Saveur (3 avr. 2023)

These crab cakes sat atop corn crema and were garnished with pickled celery, radish, and mace vinaigrette. It was the perfect serving size for two people to share alongside other starters. Very original with beautiful presentation, and I rate the taste as ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
