Baked Brie au Gia Restaurant — Avis de Le Raton Saveur (3 avr. 2023)

This amazing baked Brie keeps me coming back to Gia. The texture is not exactly the same as real Brie cheese (it’s closer to goat cheese) but the taste is spot on. The toast points have the perfect amount of oil or butter and the strawberry compote pairs beautifully. This is an absolute must try 😍
