Oh my. This was absolutely incredible. Mushrooms, chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, homemade mayonnaise style sauce and delicious bread: this sandwich has it all, and to be fair I would argue it most likely beats all burgers and sandwiches you could have.
9€ and so worth it 🌞
