Review of Tofu benedict at The Holy Spirit Vodka Bar and Restaurant by theflipsideofg
So delicious. Homemade bread topped with spinach, tomato, vacon (optional extra), tofu, cheese sauce and caviar (very impressive). I loved that all of the elements were made from scratch as it made this a lighter option of your traditional Eggs Benedict without compromising any of the texture or flavour. The menu here is a tad more expensive (easily R400 for 2 people) than other vegan cafés but it's money well spent.
