I made me and my sister 2 of these sausages with some crispy oil free #potatoes, a #chickpea omelette *forgot to take a picture*, these were pretty good, but they were kinda dry and were very chewy, reminded me of Field Roasts sausages, but the texture of theirs are better. I was also getting the chunks of #sundriedtomatoes, which wasn’t too bad. I’ve had better but, these would probably be better on top of #veganpizza or in #pasta.
