What even is #indianfood without at least one #baigan dish 🍆 This just happens to be my favourite 😋 I know people generally dislike the texture of cooked #eggplant but it’s exactly that goopy mushy texture that I embrace 🙌 I mean, imagine having to chew your food 😉 Good luck getting on Musky Man’s spaceship to the red planet if you live in the so called “chewing past” 🙄 This was spiced perfectly by the way with enough salt to pickle a small victorian child 💂‍♀️
