I absolutely LOVED this #Seitan Gyro! I'm so glad I ordered this. It was so flavorful! It was a bit different from other gyros I've tried. Where the others have thin sliced traditional gyro faux meat, this had thicker slices of seitan. The texture of this seitan is a bit more spongy, but I've always loved the flavor of their seitan. I loved the herby taste.

Like a traditional gyro, this also has fresh tomato, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and house made tzatiki sauce served on a warm pita. This also came with a side of chips and salsa for $16. I also loved how #pretty the presentation was with the colors. I also liked that this was a bit lighter while still being really filling. This would definitely be something I'd order again!
