Delicious and so simple to prepare! This is another spot-on recommendation from @rosieb33 and @acastillon, among many others. I followed the stovetop #stirfry directions and added fresh bell pepper and frozen mixed green vegetables; with the help of some steamed brown rice, I was able to squeeze three well-rounded meals out of a single package.
I liked the smaller size of the bites and preferred their slightly firmer texture to that of the mandarin orange chick’n. Though I can’t say for sure how porky it all really is, I believe this #mockmeat would be a convincing, beginner-friendly introduction for those curious about trying vegan foods. My one bit of feedback for Gardein is that the sauce tastes too sweet, even for sweet and sour. Still, this is definitely a good one to keep in the freezer for lazy nights or even entertaining — something tells me these bites would make the cutest little skewer hors d'oeuvres!
