porcini mushrooms and truffle croquettes au mallow — Avis de earthlinged (15 mars 2023)

Wow! What an excellent small plate at Mallow. I loved this dish so much and there wasn’t anything I’d improve about it! The batter on the croquettes was wonderfully crispy and the inside was so creamy. The flavour was absolutely excellent and truffle aioli and vinaigrette leeks were such a nice touch.
