Kimchi (V) au Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co. — Avis de dubudubu (12 mars 2023)

There wasn’t an extra charge for #vegancheese, which was a great way to convince my friends to try it with me! While they couldn’t detect the flavour of the cheese, I found the taste to be very artificial :/ I would very much rather have this as a #veganpizza by removing the cheese!

The #kimchi was also realllly mild - I found myself wishing for it to be spicier (despite having a close to zero tolerance for spicy food) and
more sour.

The crust was my favorite part of the dish - super chewy, and light! I had 3 slices, which is usually sufficient to induce me into a sleep coma, but I didn’t feel this way here.

Note: They don’t accept reservations, and will only seat you when your entire party arrives. We arrived at 6pm on a Sunday, and all but 1 table was taken!
