it was curious to see this dish under the salad section, however after it arrived to the table, it made sense why. the base of this is zucchini pasta, shredded and cold. coupled with toasty meatballs, the fun variety of temperatures creates a balanced waltz. this is really unique and delicious. a really great job, kitchen.
