Gochujang Tempeh au Sprig & Vine — Avis de Laura Nadia (5 mars 2023)

ok this might be the best tempeh I've ever had. they braise it so it's softened and not bitter or overly nutty, then the gochujang flavor is the perfect kick, similar to sriracha but a more complex and not overpowering flavor. eyes rolled to back of head. 10/10
