Southern Sriracha Crab Cakes au Good Intentions — Avis de gretchens (5 mars 2023)

This dish is a winner! Made with jackfruit and hearts of palm, Sriracha pimento, peppers, seitan bacon, scallions and topped with a delicious Thai chili sauce and micro-greens. An excellent take on crab cakes from both a flavor and texture perspective. We loved this dish so much we ordered a second round!
