I was excited to see this product. I then tried it and did not love it. I guess I should put it in something? I put it in a wrap with lettuce and tomato and mayo, but it just felt not great. Super rubbery. I dunno...maybe in a Korean stew (it usually calls for vegan hot dogs) so maybe I'd use it then? #smokedtofu

Grate it and make spicy crab for sushi or rice bowls! The Viet Vegan has a recipe for sushi bake that has the crab recipe.
